Hi, Matteroffact!
New or increased side effects are very common when first starting or after dosage increases. As a rule they only last a week or two and tend to subside as the days go by.
The nausea can probably be treated with OTC remedies... ask the pharmacist for a product that won't interact with your medication.
Best regards and you should be feeling better soon.
