Hello Sabah1963,
Welcome to the site.
I suggest the following:
valerian root
passion flower
winter cherry
St. John's Wort
Arctic root
5-HTP
B complex
Vitamin C
Zinc
Magnesium
GABA
Acetyl-L-Carnitine
SAM-e
All the best,
I have been pondering an herb. Since mirtazapine is an anti depressant, then St John's Wort or Sam-E are the usual ones. They probably won't do much for anxiety or panic attacks. Camomile and kava are 2 herbs that are used for anxiety.
Hello Sabah 1963. Mirtazapine is an antidepressant. This question might likely differ from one pont of view to another. Having said this "honey; be it in liquid form or as a combination off would be my suggestion. (for depression)As to helping anxiety, be it GAD/ panic attacks, honey will do little. Regards pledge
