It can, so can pseudofed, meds like motrin, and dextromethorphan. Urine drug screens weren't meant to determine your treatment but to tell the tester if you needed further studies.

You are thinking of ephedrine, which is not the same as epinephrine. Epinephrine is the same as adrenaline. While most stimulants will result in epinephrine flooding your brain, the tests for amphetamines is not epinephrine.
