Whatever you're comfortable with. It can be taken with or without food. If you're taking it as needed for a flare- up, I wouldn't eat anything you know normally upsets your stomach. If you're taking it on a regular daily basis, then it probably won't matter what you eat with it. You can always try taking it with a few crackers if you're just starting out with it.
