Dulcolax - I took 2 ducolax yesterday at 3pm it's still not worked any suggestions as I've not gone?

Get some Miralax, and start taking it. or stool softner for everyday, IBS is not fun, do a fleet suppository, anything to get you going again.

I don't know if Miralax is in the UK but I do hope you have stool a softner there, look for one Docusate Sodium they have so many here in the US like Colace, call your drug store and ask them, I do know people have used both, Miralax and a stool softner they work well for IBS, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you can find them there and get some ease with this.

I don't think we do never heard of it probably just go docs and see if they can help instead of going to the pharmacy

A dulcolax suppository would probably help if you used it today. Magnesium citrate is dynamite. lolol... If a bottle of that doesn't work you need to see a dr. Don't you have any cramps or anything?
