When purchasing the medicine, it was stored in the fridge. Does this keep the medicine more potent and last longer? Does it truly need to be stored in cooler climates? I use it as needed and my dose could last for a year.

If you keep it in the fridge then it's good but Duac can be stored at room temperature up to 25°C (77°F) for up to 2 months.Discard any unused product after 2 months.
Ideally prior to dispensing: Store in a cold place, preferably in a refrigerator, between 2°C and 8°C (36°F and 46°F). Do not freeze.
Dispensing Instructions for the Pharmacist: Dispense Duac® Topical Gel with a 60 day expiration date and specify “Store at room temperature up to 25°C (77°F). Do not freeze.”
Marvell, thank you for your help! I appreicate it. :)
