My heart rate has been around 58-62 since on Lisinopril ( I do run 2/3 times a week ).
Does/Can Lisinopril lower your heart rate?

Your rate is not too low especially considering that you are a runner. People who are very cardiovascularly fit will run a lower heart rate. Your rate is on the lower end of normal. As long as you are not having any symptoms from the low heart rate like dizziness, fainting, tired and draggy feeling etc., it should be nothing to worry about.
