On my 2 day or all them antibiotics I took, my concern is that he put me on 5 day course with out tapering. Scare that this is going e en make me feel worst when I stop, still feel no relieve, may becouse is only been 2 day, brought proboatic today to see if I could settle my stomach. Should I strat tapering the prednisone myself, after the 3 dose of 20mg or have anyone ever did this treatment with no side affect or withdrawals
Doctor put me on a 20 mg of prednisone for five days, was giving 3 course of antibiotics in 7 weeks?

If you took 7 weeks of antibiotic he should do a culture find the right one for the infection. and also should have give you the prednisone pack which is tapered. always take probictes with antibiotics to keep the good bacteria in because they take it out.

The diarrhea is probably from the antibiotics. and the probiotic should help.
5 days then stopping without tapering is usually ok. If you've had no help from 7 weeks of antibiotics there is a good chance its either a resistant bacteria or a virus. Are you taking anything to thin the mucous so it can drain?

No I have claritin D is it o.k with all that going on the prednisone already got my month dry, drinking a lot water
and using nasonex 2 spray in each nostral once a day which just relieve my sinus system for and hour or two. Phamacies
to stop medformin for diabetes 2 for a couple of days till the loose bowl stop. And I use saline spray about 4 or 5 times a day and still haven been able to drain my sinus completely
just a little mucus come out just took the 3 day couse of my perdnisone, the fact is that I'm very to take this med without taping, you see I'm a diabetic and I prone to get infection.
so I try very hard to keep my immune system health. By not being around sick people and lots eating fruit and veggie

perscribe by my doctor to keep me well. This is the frist time I haven't been able to get its been since dec 26 2014 with
this sinus infection. And the doctor said that if it was viral it would have last this long, so it has to be bactria, go tomorrow for a ct scan of the sinus. Is possible that the steriods could make it worst another fear of mines, trying to stay positive, but is hard, I just b want to know if I try to taper from tomorrow, remember on my 3 day of prednisone

Yes I agree a good probiotic will help, I always take them with antibiotics. see a ENT get a culture done find out what type of bacteria it is, a nose rinse could help you, it washes it out.
