Diflucan - do I have to wait 3 days to take my next fluconazole tablet?

I had a second one 12 hours after my first because my mum said that's the way it worked for her, only had mild abdominal pain but that might also be because I was on my period at the same time, left it 3 days before I had my third one. Worked fine only had mild symptoms then thrush was gone!

I had the same problem, they said I could take it next day, I will never do that again, side effects are bad wait the three days.
