What is the difference between hydroco/apap 5-325mg and oxycodone-acetaminophen 5-325?

If you look at an equianalgesic chart you will find that oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger than hydrocodone.

oxy to me helps much better then hydros.
5mg oxycodone = 7.5mg hydrocodone so oxycodone is stronger. they are both opioid pain medications.

I sure goofed that one up, I thought the "5 and 5" were the mgs of oxycodone, hence the same. I learn something daily.

One is hydrocodone and one is oxycodone. Oxycodone is much stronger then hydrocodone.

Wrong they are two different medications hydrocodone is a Lortab and an oxycodone is a Percocet
In my opinion, they are pretty much the same medication.
