Can anyone recommend the best thing for a trapped nerve that gives me terrible upper back spasms neck spasms and pain? The he doctor says he thinks it’s my body making things worse by being stressed but I have been taking naproxen twice a day and tramadol before bed. Also tramadol as soon as they wear off but the pain comes back with a vengeance. I have got some diazepam but not sure how to take it. Can anyone help?

Answers
Ask for Valium to relieve your spasms or possibly oxazepam.
I have a traumatic brain injury resulting in 24/7 headaches that are sometimes unbearable. I was prescribed tramadol. It really did not work for my pain. I have relied solely on marijuana and tinctures. My biggest concern for you is if you stop taking tramadol. I stopped over four years ago and am still paying a high price for taking it for less than two years. At first I couldn't use either hand, now I at least have use of one. Won't bore you with details unless you ask. Bottom line for me and maybe you as well, marijuana products.
