I am a 62 year old male. My doctor has me on multiple medications for HBP and high cholesterol. I also have RA that I have to take a weekly injection for. Currently it is Actemra. I also take Pantoprazole for gastritis. I know this is a lot of medication and most have multiple side effects, but I have not found anything that might cause this problem that is effecting the skin on my arms. I have multiple places on my arms where the skin just peeled off from a minor scrap up against something. Also, I have patches/spots that look like pools of blood under the skin. Most no bigger than a nickel. It is embarrassing to have to walk around with multiple bandaids on my arms to cover the raw skin. I am in the process of finding a new cardiologist due to the current one has no interest in hearing any of the multiple “side effects” that are caused by the medications he has me on. I definitely need a second opinion / new doctor.
Developed thin skin that tears easily on my arms. Can’t find a reason why. Please read details below

Answers
I am sorry I have no answers for your thin skin. I do know that sometimes when you take several different medications at the same time you can get side effects that are not listed on any of the medications. For instance, I bruise very easy but it is not a named side effect of any of my medications. I currently take Xeljanz XR for my RA, 2 blood pressure medications, Pantoprazole, high cholesterol medication, and prescription eye drops. I am a 56 year old female. I do not know how many different doctors you have, but I think a second opinion would be helpful. I have several different doctors/specialist. I am lucky because I can ask any of them any questions. it does not have to be questions that pertain to their specialty only.
