At 62, I am taking 50 mg of losartan twice a day and am on 5 mg per day of Cialis for BPH and moderate ED. I had a triple bypass several years ago and am in good physical shape. I have found that for me Cialis has been effective for both conditions. It took a month to get over back aches and heartburn, but now have no side effects. Cialis has helped my deep breathing that was somewhat limited by the heart surgery. I also find that I have more natural tear production on Cialis.
Been on the 5 mg Generic Cialis and can’t ever make it past a week without having Lower back pain and heartburn’s.. I am also on a once a day 100 mg Losartan. I guess I need to hang in there with it
Hang in there--it is hard! Try taking a lower dose of Cialis by breaking a pill in half (2.5 mg) and take it once, or twice a day at different times. That helps with the back pain and heartburn until your body fully adjusts. This took several weeks in my case.
Alright thanks! I just didn’t know if it had same affects at the lower dose
It works for me if I take one (2.5) when I get up am, and one before retiring pm. Cialis peaks within 6 hours, and your natural testosterone is highest about 3am to 9am. I have found that supplementing with L-Arginine/L-Cituelline which have no side effects for me, helps too.
Are you just on one blood pressure med? I’m also on a 2.5 mg Amlodipine.
