My Doctor prescribed me 4mg and I got a lot of 4mg packages. If my doctor puts me back on 2mg again after seeing the bad blood results next month such as impaired kidney functions. I wondered If I can cut them in half or not.

Answers
Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that each half of the split pill will be equal and have 2mg each. If your doctor changes your dosage, ask them what they would prefer you do, or if they are happy for you to split them.
