and others say moderate. Also noted the same for blueberries and seedless green grapes. I'm confused.
I'm on Coumadin and some articles have fresh pineapple as low vitamin K and others say it is?

Fresh pineapple has 1.1 micrograms in 1 cup
Blueberries has 28 micrograms in 1 cup
Seedless grapes have 23 micrograms in 1 cup
It's recommended to have between 90-120 micrograms throughout the day. I recommend having no more then 1 cup of those daily.
Here is a list of foods high in vitamin K. We always advised people to avoid green leafy vegetables, but otherwise don't change your diet, as the dose will be adjusted to you and your diet, then if you change, you're risking problems with the dose.
