I noticed one of the infrequent side effects is irregular menstruation which I am currently experiencing. Any others experience this?

i recently started taking contrave and started spotting that same week. I am on prevafim for birth control and usually do not have a period. 2 weeks later I am still having a period =(. Will this eventually go back to normal? I had the same problem with trokendi and I actually liked those pills but had to stop taking them due to bleeding for almost 2 months straight!

I would say yes to this. I'm at the menopause stage and had not had a menstrual cycle for 5 or 6 months, then I started taking Contrave. A month later, I had a cycle and have had them each month since, but not on a set schedule.

I spotted for a whole week before I started flowing the flowing has stopped after a week but Im still spotting how long did it last for you?
