I have noticed that in the last couple weeks my legs and only my legs sweat a lot while I sleep and I wake up through out the night bc of it so I was wondering if this was something I should be worried about
If this continues I'd recommend a Dr visit. Anything else changed in that same time period? New jammies? Linens on the bed? Blanket? Diet? Meds?
Hi i also suffer with this, i think mine is food dependent, i notice it is better or worse if i eat certain foods. Does this sound familiar to you?
