It has taken me almost 2 years to get down to 3 mg of diazepam, and after 5 months at that dose I still was often waking up with anxiety, so my psychiatrist advised going back up to 4 mg. I wonder about trying ashwagandha or hydroxyzine to help enough to be able to cut again. Any advice? I don’t have other withdrawal effects, just the morning anxiety which I theorize is due to cortisol
Clonazepam - I am tapering diazepam after switching from clonazepam 1mg which I was on for 2 years
