My plaque is at the base of my neck in my hair line. The bottle of this RX I was given is a small squeeze bottle. Do I transfer it to a spray bottle, or maybe try applying with cotton ball. I still can't see shampooing my hair 2x a day. I need someone to help me think outside the box. Thank you
Clobetasol - How are people applying this? And if on scalp are you washing your hair 2x a day?

You'll want to check with your physician. Normally clobetasol can be applied once in the morning and them again later in the day without the need to shampoo it out. A small amount can be applied and gently rubbed into the area. One should just wash their hands afterwards. Depending on the cause of the plaque (ie psoriasis, lichen planus, other), you will want to be sure to check with your physician as to how many days or weeks to use. Potent topical steroids can be very helpful bit should always be used under supervision of a physician to avoid potential side effects. If you are having trouble with how best to apply, your pharmacist or physician will help.
