When changing from Hydrocodone (norco) 5-325 to Tylenol #3 how long to wait?

My pharmacist that it's safe to take it at your next due dose of the original meds.

I would say 6 hrs, you aren't going to get too much tylenol that way it only works for 4 hrs and the hydrocodone will no longer be working to help the pain.

I would wait till the next day at the very least, 24 hours would be better, if you were taking the hydrocodone as prescribed 1or 2 every 4 to 6 hours then you want at the very least 12 hours minimum. The Acetaminophen is not anything to overindulge in, it will cause you problems.
