I've been on birth control, ortho-Tri cycles for over a year now and I take it everyday at 2:45pm and I want to change my time to 10:00pm is that okay? Would I still be protected if I had sex a couple days after changing my time? Help
How can I change the time I take my birth control?

If you want to jump to 10pm from 245, you should do it when you first start a new pack and that will not compromise your protection. It is similar to be late one day. It isnt going to hurt. Just be sure that you continue to take them all at the new time.
Okay thank you so much!!
You may endanger your protection, and would need to use a condom for the next 7 days. You could work it later gradually, like today do 3:30, then tomorrow 4:15 etc.
Will I still have good protection if I wait the whole week?
