As of yesterday, I was taking nabumetone 500 mg while my doctor and I were waiting to see if I qualified for Pfizer Assistance program. I am in a lot of pain today. I took my Celebrex for first time today. It doesn't seem to help, not taking it with the other. Can I take another Celebrex or something else? I need some relief.
Celebrex 200 mg, How long until it starts to take effect?

Celebrex (celecoxib) belongs to the class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). Celecoxib helps relieve pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, primarily by blocking the effects of the cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) enzyme.
Celebrex takes approximately 3 hours to reach maximum effect and should help relieve pain and inflammation for approximately 12 hours. Twice daily dosing is recommended.
