It's a possibility your meds need to be adjusted. The only way to find out is to schedule a blood test with your Dr.
I was on the generic version of Synthroid for over 15 years. I was hypothyroid when I started and Eltroxin NEVER helped me in the slightest, I had chronic fatigure which only got worse over time, I gained 50 pounds over that decade and a half, and quite soon after I started Eltroxin, I went into kidney failure. More recently I would crash for 4 - 6 hours at a time quite frequently, but I was ALWAYS on the verge of crashing. Thanks to a friend who urged me to consider getting off Eltroxin and onto Natural Dessicated Thyroid and Cytomel (T3) I have my LIFE back! I found a medical journal article explaining that lack of T3 is a cause of kidney failure; my chronic fatigue is gone; I no longer crash for hours; my kidney function is improving; and I feel so much better in a totally lifechanging way! I have lost the aches and pains, my joints are better.
I had no idea it was possible to be this well! I also had a DNA analysis done with a sophisticated computer program which runs the raw DNA data. It showed that I have genes which prevent me from properly converting T4 to T3 and that I don't produce much T3 naturally. Of course once I went on Eltroxin, any natural production of any thyroid hormones would cease in any case. But getting all 5 thyroid hormones from natural dessicated thyroid, and getting actual T3 that all my tissues were starved of, has saved my life. I won't need a kidney transplant, and I am no longer a zombie, feeling half dead all the time. The problem is that most doctors ONLY look at your TSH which will be in a good range if you are on Synthroid or Eltroxin, but if you can't convert T4 to T3 well, your body will be slowly dying as mine was. 60 mg of NDT for the 5 thryoid hormones; and Cytomel for enough T3 has saved my life, and given me actual energy. Good luck with reducing your fatigue. This approach eliminated mine and had SO many more benefits!
