Can you use Hibiclens on an uncircumcised penis to avoid bacterial infections from my wife?

I wouldn't as the solution contains alcohol. Instead, Betadine (povidone Iodine) would be the best way to go about this, if an antimicrobial is needed in the area of the genitals.
I agree. It is not going to stop you from getting an infection it just cleanses the area. I would either use protection or practice abstenance. Good luck
Generally it is not necessary to use Hibiclens to avoid bacterial infections in the private area and if you are worried it might be a good idea to use condoms.
