For a couple of months, every time I've eaten anything, I've had to rush to the bathroom about 5-10 minutes after eating. I've excluded it caused by gluten and milk. My doctor actually told me to take miralax for it I'm not sure what it can do for someone who has frequent bowel movements. But, shes the doctor, right?
Try Imodium Ad. The AD is for anti diarrheal. It has pectin in it to firm up the movement and it helps with cramps.
miralax is for constipation i have crohns disease its very similar to ibs and they had me take miralax when i was constipated definetly not when i had diarrhea.
