Can Metronidazole 500mg tabs be taken for sinus infections?

look up NASAL LAVAGE. I had sinus infections from 3 broken nosed. By using the nasal lavage faithfully everyday I have solved my sinus infections

Metronidazole may help for sinus infections but probably won't be as effective as other antibiotics.
