I took it and I started going many times a day. I stopped taking it and I stopped going at all. Can I take it every other day or every two days? Would it still work?
Can I take MiraLax every other day because of side effect of frequent bowel movement?

It has been reported that It may take 2 to 4 days after you have started taking MiraLax to have a bowel movement.
Would recommend to seek the advice of a doctor, who would be able to give you more professional advice.
