There is an interaction between chromium picolinate and metformin. It may potentiate the hypoglycemic effect of insulin and oral antidiabetic agents.
Please see link below for detailed information regarding the interaction. Avoid taking them together, but if you have to then just be aware of the symptoms of hypoglycemia.
