I take two 15mg a day. Am I able to split it to 7.25mg, 7.25mg, and 15mg? Wondering if it will help between waiting for doses? Or does it hurt?

That’s a great question. Splitting doses helped me out a few years ago. At that time I was on 60mg a day and my doc told me to take 30mg in the morning and 30 mg 12 hours later. The 30mg dose really made me dizzy then tired. I opted to take 15mg every six hours, and it was much more tolerable. We are all different, but as long as the daily dose is the same, I would try splitting up the dose. Keep in mind, side effects with most prescriptions lessen as your body adjusts to the medication. I hope this helps. Good luck to you.
