Can bloodclots come back if I am taking Xarelto?

I was told that they can come back after you stop xarelto and some people even got them while on xarelto ! I have been off xarelto for 160 days now and have not had any new ones! I am taking a baby aspirin every day, have walks twice a day, try to lose some more weight and eat healthy ! Staying active band eating healthy will help to prevent new ones :)
