Keep taking your pills as they come in the pack, no matter if you are bleeding or not. If you are bleeding early, then most likely, you wont have a period or it will be lighter when you are on your placebo pills. Dont skip ahead, just keep taking them as they come. Your body will eventually regulate out.
You keep on taking your pills no matter if you're bleeding or not. The same way you would start another pack if you finished the sugar pills and didn't have your period. Whether or not you are bleeding does not effect your pill cycle.
