I found a pill that is suspicious looking. It is big, yellowish and oval-shaped. It has a number 1 on the front of the pill. However, the other side of the pill is blank. Can someone tell me what type of pill this is?

In the usa all medications must have an id marking. One digit won't id it. That means its either a nutritional supplement or illegal. I searched with those parameters and found 542 medications that are yellow and oval, but they have more then just a 1
