vesicare has helped in the daytime but not at night. I take it at 5:30 pm
What is best time to take vesicare to get relief at night?

Vesicare helps me more in the daytime then night I take mine at 3:30 a.m.

It may be that your dosage needs increasing. The maximum dose is 10mg once daily. (It does not particularly matter what time of day you take the medicine but it is best to stick with the same time every day.)
