When is best time to take primidone?

"Adults, teenagers, and children 8 years of age or older—At first, 100 or 125 milligrams (mg) once a day at bedtime. Your doctor may increase your dose if needed. However, the dose is usually not more than 2000 mg a day. Children up to 8 years of age—At first, 50 mg once a day at bedtime."
