How long should it take to wean off the medication as I want to do it properly? I was taking 125mg twice a day, am now down to once a day after 12 days. Is this too quick?
I am trying to wean off Primidone and find I feel very ''fuzzy' in the head. Is this normal?

Do you know that you cannot just stop taking it - even if U are going to another anti-seizure drug? U don't even say if you are using Primidone for Seizures AND it is used off label - meaning for other uses.

Sorry! I am taking it for Essential Tremor and have been on it for one year. I also suffer from depression and find this drug only adds to the lack of energy and dull feeling so I would like to wean off it or at least reduce it considerably. I saw that black cohosh is recommended so may try that. How slow is slowly?
