You absorb Potassium in almost everything you eat. Why do you take it?
I guess I shouldn't ask why...
Take it in the evening.
Eat a banana in the morning.
Don't exceed 3000mg in one day.
I'm having muscle spasms in my feet, legs, hands.
The potassium that I bought is 99 M and says take one a day so I figured until I can get to the doctor to have this checked out I will take one and eat half of a banana daily.
