Between 8 - 10 hours before you intend getting up in the morning. Get up walk around a bit (get breakfast ready) and you will have a nice bowel movement (no panic like with some; just a feeling like it's time to go). The first time may be unpredictable or not work; you can quite safely double or triple a 1 teaspoon dose.
