It's working fine for me, but so many other things could change that. Such as alch. Use of other meds, etc. etc
Ambien hasn't been working for me so I do not suggest it. Don't remember things a lot. My husband even mentioned a conversation that we had but I don't remember it at all. Apparently I acted high and drunk. So yeah i do not suggest Ambien and Benadryl
Just because it hasn't worked for does'nt mean everyone else should not take it. What else were you taking? I don't take medication information from anyone but my own Dr. Some of the responses I read here are really scary.
I wouldn't recommend it unless your Dr agrees, we don't know your history or other conditions or medications you may be taking, or alcohol, etc. etc. Easy for a stranger to say it's safe at face value, and, maybe it is, however the other fators unknown (to me) could make it unsafe, respiratory depression, drowsiness while driving the next day, etc. etc. etc.
Yes it is safe. Just be aware Using diphenhydramine together with zolpidem may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment. You should avoid or limit the use of alcohol while being treated with these medications. Avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until you know how the medications affect you. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
