Started Prozac three weeks ago for anxiety, depression, and OCD after being on Zoloft (25 mg) for years. The past week I have had one dizzy spell that lasted for only a few seconds and during the evening I have felt a little off. I feel like I'm leaning either forward or swaying to one side, like my upper body is heavy.
I've recently been having issues with TMJ (headaches, jaw pain, ears clogged). Have been getting my jaw adjusted. Do you think this off feeling could be due to the TMJ/its issues and not the Prozac?
I'm aware that this issue is not major at all, but I'm a hypochondriac, so any input you have would be greatly appreciated!
I take Prozac once in the AM, 20 mg.
Is an off-balance, dizziness feeling from Prozac?

Hi, taylor! The thing is that while Prozac can certainly cause vertigo in some people it usually happens almost immediately with the first or second dose, not three weeks down the line.
You're not being a hypochondriac to question unusual symptoms and should this continue you should notify your doctors(s).
Good luck and I hope all goes well for you.
Thank you, Wildcat! I was hoping that was the case. I'm not in the mood to change medicines again! I'll just attribute this feeling to the ear issues then. Thanks again!
Well, ear ~ especially inner ear ~ certainly could account for vertigo! Best wishes, WCV
