My private doc started me on 10mg which seemed fine and didn’t really do a lot. 7 days ago it was upped to 40mg and the last few days i feel exhausted, my legs are like jelly and I just want to sleep all day. I’ve got brain fog, no interest in sex and a bit of dodgy stomach which i can deal with but the fatigue is awful and seeing no improvement as of yet. Is this a normal side effect? Just worried about getting back to work! Any advice would be super appreciated!

Fatigue is considered a very common side effect affecting up to 10% of people being treated with this medication.
Although it is a very common side effect I suggest you report this matter to your Dr..
