Hello. Generally speaking, I think not. That's not necessarily a bad thing. Aspern is a low dose, (81mg) everyday matainance drug whereas the prescription [Coumadin] is much stronger and is targeted to thin the blood. aspirin acts as a side affect from the pain relief to thin blood.
