I have been taking 1mg of ativan for 30 years for my Gad and it still helps my anxiety ,Is it safe to stay on it .As not taking it would cause me to withdraw from life as I'm so anxious socially .
Has anyone been taking Ativan for more than 30 years?

You are on such a low dose. 1 mg is not going to hurt you. If it works then keep taking it.
