I just started anastrozole yesterday for atypical ductal hyperplasia.Side effects already. Does anyone else have dry eyes? What are you doing for it? I feel like all of my sinuses are dried up. I feel very dehydrated even though I drink water all day long. Is this normal? Thank you in advance

I have dry eyes but have not noticed anything different with my eyes since starting Anastrozole. I suggest talking with your doctor.

Dry eyes and dehydration are not listed as potential side effects.
