Should I double the dosage from 10 mg to 20mg?
Amitriptyline - I had no relief for insomnia or leg pain in the night.

This is a very low dose with plenty of room for an increase (daily maintenance dose is 40-100mg).
If you've been taking it for less than a few weeks it may be a matter of giving it more time but most definitely consult with your doctor for their professional advice before increasing your dosage.
