However... it came with chronic consitpation working on getting on the right medication for that I have tried everything almost. So.. I noticed my worrying , anxiety, bladder pain and gerd has came back after 9 months of taking it. So I went up to 15 mg. for 7 weeks and has not get better. So.. I went up to 20mg. for 8 days and still... the same I have anxiety, depression, bladder pain, and gerd still and worse more then ever! Has my body gotten use to it or do I need to go up more ? Does anyone have this problem?

You still have plenty of room for a dosage increase... up to a maximum of 150mg/day. But since you're not improving on increased dosages you should talk to your doctor about increasing even further or what your other options might be.
Have you talked to them or your pharmacist about ideas for relief from the constipation?
Best regards and I hope you're feeling better soon!
