What is the alternative to Ritalin?

Hi, Ayah!
If you're treating ADHD/ADD some alternatives might be Adderall or Vyvanse which are stimulating drugs. Strattera is non-stimulating and also helps with anxiety and insomnia.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is also commonly used in addition to medication.
