There are many bp meds and others that are in the class as diltiazem. Talk to your dr.
According to my PCP doctor, this is my ONLY choice for my condition (A Fib). Really too bad since it doesn't really work. Also had no help from Amlodipine (one pill is what sent me into total AFib... ) . I took Lisinopril/HCTZ for 20 years and never had a problem. Why are the doctors suddenly against Lisinopril/HCTZ? Had I never gone to Amlodipine in the first place, I would be totally fine now. Thanks a lot, Doc, for the condition you saddled me with. I am not overweight and am 68 yrs old.
