Hi, llpc!
This is a question for your doctor. You shouldn't be increasing the amount of medication you're taking without supervision. If you find you need more than is prescribed to control your symptoms you may be becoming habituated to the drug.
Yes I had to call my doctor about my situation last night so I'll be seeing him today about my dosage. Thank you. It did help me I advised him cause I was having a very bad episode and I am on a low dose after not being on my regular dose of .2 milligrams for years..my episodes started happening again and started me on a low dose. But thank you for your response.
Hello.
I hope that's a typo, "22" do you mean 2.2? Or two 2mg?
I think you mean two 2mg. If that is correct than another .5mg should not be a problem. It all depends on your system and how does your prescription read?
Best regards,

Yes sorry that was a typo..but I did advise my doctor about it so we will be having to handle that properly .
