Can I take aleve and hydrocodone together?

If it's hydrocodone/APAP (the APAP stands for acetaminophen, or Tylenol) then you have no problem taking it with Aleve. Don't take it if it's a mixture of hydrocodone with either aspirin or ibuprofen though.
