My mother recently had a fall and broke her artificial knee and her ankle on left leg. I’m listing her current medication list. Recently she has started having vivid hallucinations, sometimes all day, and other times sporadically. These started after her injury. I’m needing help trying to figure out what is the cause. She’s back in the hospital because her oxygen levels were in the mid 80’s. Doctor said it was due to build up of CO2 in lungs. She’s now using a CPAP to try and help. Problem is, she’s still having hallucinations. If anyone has feedback to give, I’m open to everything. Thank you.

My sister had delirium due to vitamin B12. The doctor at the VA hospital near Waxahachie, Texas wrote a paper about it.

Ropinirole may cause serious side effects. Call your doctor at once if you have:
extreme drowsiness, falling asleep suddenly (even after feeling alert);
worsening or no improvement in your symptoms;
a light-headed feeling, like you might pass out;
unusual changes in mood or behavior;
tremors, twitching uncontrollable muscle movements; or
hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that are not real).
